Proofing & Printing
Most of our items are personalised which means that we make all items to order.
Our turnaround times for this are usually around 1-2 working days.
If your items require a proof to be checked prior to our printing we would then require our turnaround times ON TOP of the time it takes you to get back to us with confirmation that items are okay to print. We would usually send an email proof within 1-2 working days of receiving an order.
Postage
Our standard delivery within the UK is either a Royal Mail second class delivery which can take around 5 working days or a Parcelforce 48 hour delivery.
We do also offer an express UK delivery service which upgrades to a first class Royal Mail or 24 hour Parcelforce delivery.
If you require your parcel on a before 1pm the following day delivery this can also be arranged for an additional cost.
Please note, we do not make money on our postage costs but pass on any bulk discount postage prices that we have to our customers.
All delivery and printing times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Please let us know if you require your items urgently so that we are aware and can advise accordingly.
International (Non-UK) Orders
We post worldwide and charge a flat rate for postage outside of the UK
- These are sent via a tracked or signed for method depending on the Country.
- If you require larger items to be shipped internationally such as A1 or A2 canvas wraps there may be an additional postage charge to cover the cost of this.
- International postage usually takes up to 10 working days however this is not a guaranteed service. If you require expediated international delivery please contact us with your full address and we can get back to you with an individual quote.
Customs and Import Charges
We unfortunately cannot be held liable for any custom charges incurred as a result of importing goods.
